This Privacy Policy explains how Magneterium ("the app", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you play the game. Magneterium is a magnet puzzle game published by Genius Moves.

Information We Collect

Magneterium does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment card details inside the app.

The app may collect or store the following information:

• Gameplay progress, completed levels, rank progress, hammer inventory, hint usage, sound settings, haptics settings, and reminder settings.
• Analytics events, such as levels loaded, levels completed, maximum chamber reached, settings usage, reward usage, and purchase status for Remove Ads.
• Device and app information collected by Google services, such as app version, device type, identifiers, approximate location, diagnostics, ad interactions, and performance data.
• Local notification preferences and scheduled reminder information, if you enable reminders.
• Purchase entitlement status for the optional Remove Ads product.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Save and restore your game progress.
• Show your current rank and level progress.
• Provide hints, hammers, reminders, and other game features.
• Understand which levels players reach and improve level design.
• Show ads to players who have not purchased Remove Ads.
• Confirm and restore the optional Remove Ads purchase.
• Detect crashes, performance issues, and bugs.

Local Storage and Backup

Magneterium stores game progress and preferences on your device. On Android, the app may also use Android backup to save a limited, versioned player progress record. This backup is intended to include durable player-owned progress, such as completed levels, rank progress, hammer inventory, sound settings, haptics settings, reminder preference, and similar progress data.

We do not intentionally back up temporary gameplay sessions, ad cooldown timestamps, scheduled local notifications, debug state, cache data, or raw WebView storage.

Ads

Magneterium uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect and process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other data needed to provide and measure ads. Ads may be personalized depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and Google policies.

Analytics

Magneterium uses Firebase Analytics to understand gameplay behavior and improve the game. Analytics may include events such as chamber loaded, chamber completed, rank progress, reward usage, settings actions, and Remove Ads purchase events. We use this information in aggregate to improve gameplay, difficulty, stability, and future content.

Purchases

Magneterium offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play Billing. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The app stores whether Remove Ads is active so it can hide normal ads and provide the related ad-free reward allowances.

Notifications

Magneterium may ask permission to send local reminders. These reminders are scheduled on your device and can be turned off in the app settings or your device notification settings. Magneterium does not require a separate backend server to send these reminders.

Sharing

If you use the share option, Magneterium opens your device sharing tools so you can share the Google Play link. The app does not control which external app you choose to share with.

Third-Party Services

Magneterium may use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Firebase Analytics
• Google Play Billing

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers such as Google when needed for ads, analytics, billing, app distribution, security, diagnostics, and platform functionality.

Your Choices

• You can turn sound, haptics, and reminders on or off in the app settings.
• You can disable notifications from your Android device settings.
• You can clear local app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored progress from your device.
• You can manage ad personalization through your Google account and Android advertising settings.
• You can restore the Remove Ads purchase through the app settings if the purchase is available on your Google Play account.

Children's Privacy

Magneterium is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical measures provided by Android, Google Play, Firebase, and Google services to protect data handled by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we aim to collect only the information needed to operate and improve the game.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Magneterium after an update means you accept the updated policy.
